Barclay Bay is one of the boat tramps located just southeast of Lucky Peak Dam. It is the best place for boating, swimming and fishing. It has a sandy beach where a sculpture of Loch Ness master is installed. There are shelters, picnic tables, grills and clean restrooms on the spot.

It is only 15 minutes away from Boise. The beach is easily accessible from the parking area. I used to go there with my friends for picnic. The calm beautiful scenery here is just mesmerizing. If you are in Boise, It is a must place to visit.

This is a great park to bring the family. There is a fun beach area that has a dragon the kids can play on. There are also covered areas to eat food and public restrooms.

Decent boat ramp. Can get a little crazy tho with people unloaing their boats on the wrong side when its clearly marked on pavement above, but what can you do. Most boat owners feel entitled I guess..
