Mrs. Rastonya Lee is a competent and creative therapist who met me where I was and worked with me to improve my quality of life. She provides psycho-education which can benefit all clients, including professional counseling students. She went above and beyond to ensure that I understood the therapy model that she used and welcomed all questions that I had because she wanted me to succeed and meet my goals. She assisted me in making healthy changes in all aspects of my life, including mental, emotional, physical, social, spiritual, and professional.
