Oakfield Dental @ Belleair

The first person you get to speak to is the receptionist and her name is Michelle. If you have not met Michelle you just need to go to the dental office and meet her! First impressions are everything and if I could give more than five stars for the first impression I would give it, she is very knowledgeable, a true professional in her field. It has been a long time since I've come across a medical receptionist that actually knew how to do their job, with my former dentist I was the one who had to do all of the medical billing and coding!!!! Your positive experience does not stop there. This office has all of the up-to-date dental technology and I was blown away with the digital imaging when it came time for my x-rays!!!! I was the happiest person that ever sat in a dentist chair and I think I was actually smiling for these photos because it was quick easy and painless. (And the music they were playing was upbeat and positive I actually kind of felt like I was a model at a photoshoot) My experience was even better when I had the hygienist begin cleaning my teeth and he had the most gentle hands, never once was I uncomfortable, he was very intuitive and knew exactly what I needed to do and when, like rinse and spit. His personality was such a delight! Usually with three strikes you're out but I meant the doctor as my third point of contact and on this I have to say I scratched the lotto card I had three matches and I won the prize!!!! Very charismatic, the Doctor makes you feel at ease, his Aura bringing you a natural sense of calm. After explaining my digital images to me (which was super cool to actually see all of the details) I received my prognosis and I've scheduled my next appointment with full confidence and trust in Dr. Boules. I ended my visit and experience with michelle, who handed me a goodie bag with the most important element, a smile! okay yes of course she was wearing her mask, but I knew she was smiling you could see it in her eyes... It's called SMIZING people and Michelle's is genuine, just like everybody else in the office! If you don't have a dentist or you're looking for a new one, then this is the place you need to be!!!!

I am totally impressed!! I have lived for 3-4 years with ill-fitting dentures. Painful & totally controlling what I could eat & I don't remember eating very many meals without having to reglue my bottom plate. I'm not going to name my previous dental practice (with practice being the operative word)

OAKFIELD DENTAL @ BELLEAIR is totally opposite!!!
I was given my 1st appointment the same week that I called!. The office was spotless, as we're the Dentist & his 2 assistants. Over the top personalities plus very competent.
My first appointment included x-rays & impressions.
4 weeks later I left wearing my new dentures.
That was over a month ago & I haven't needed to return for any pain issues or adjustments.
Comparing the 2 sets, they are so different in size,
Its hard to believe they were made for the same mouth!!
I highly recommend the OAKFIELD DENTAL @ BELLEAIR.???????

Excellent customer care and service! I was very impressed with my experience with Dr. Boules and his staff. My cleaning was very thorough and I felt a high level of honesty and integrity within his practice. I highly recommend this dental office to others!

Amazing dental office!! Everyone that works there is professional and caring. No surprises here, they explain everything to you. The receptionist is very accommodating from the moment she answers the phone. Confident, affordable, dentistry. I'd give them a 10 if I could.

I hadn't been to a dentist in about 12 years. I have some chip teeth and am afraid to get them cleaned and worked on fear that they chip more and I won't be able to eat it all. I also have a small mouth which makes my teeth all crooked so it's very difficult and painful to have x-rays done so I just didn't go anymore. But I went here to Oakfield dentist in Belleair today because I had an infection in one of my teeth for the filling had fallen out. They were very kind , caring and reassuring. Michelle was wonderful helped me not be over-anxious because of my situation that I have. She listen to my concerns especially with the x-rays and she did X-rays and it did not hurt at all , she found a way to x-ray my teeth without any pain ! And Dr Boules was great! He took his time explained how it would feel when it was numbed enough to have the tooth pulled because it had to come out it was too far gone. We went over the options before deciding on pulling it he even gave me the option to think about it for a few days. But in the end I decided on getting it pulled. I'm very happy with all the care and concern they gave. Even after getting home with the papers I was confused on what I could and couldn't do for the first few days as far as eating and drinking and I called Michelle twice LOL and she was nice, caring and talk me through what would be okay to eat tonight and tomorrow the second day. I will definitely be going back to get my chipped tooth fixed and I've already recommended it them to two of my friends.
