    Mark Doggett at the Brier Creek location in Raleigh has always delivered superior expertise and service whether we were purchasing 10 batteries or 700 light fixtures.     Superb service by ALL who worked there! Very personable, knowledgeable staff, clean safe store. My iPhone battery was replaced quickly (appt. made online), and I observed that the procedure for doing the replacement was well-planned and followed to the letter. Great experience -- Also very diverse inventory of fascinating things (in addition to batteries) to browse through while I waited.

    I ordered on line and got a good discount. I set up an appointment to have the car battery replaced. No waiting. The technician was knowledgeable and had all of the needed tools. They protected my fender, removed and installed the new battery in no time. Excellent experience.

    Prompt attention, fixed my car key fob quickly, explained how to save $ on future replacement batteries. My experience is that I can find batteries here which are not routinely stocked in Big Box stores. Specialized bulbs too for distinctive lighting as well as repair or replacement services for car key fobs, remote control devices, etc. Friendly, helpful and locally owned. Highly recommended.
