Jackson Park LIC

The Club at Jackson Park is a one stop shop for weightlifting, cardio, swimming, golfing, basketball, and squash. I simply can’t understand any poor review on The Club. This is the amenity-dedicated building that any fitness-oriented New York City renter would dream for. Ran by top-notch staff who are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help.

As for the apartments - as a penthouse resident, I couldn’t ask for a better place. Modern, spacious, high-tech, incredible views, and privacy.

Only bad experience was a few apartment features not having been checked too thoroughly prior to move in, which should be the standard, as any new tenant moves in. Otherwise, so far, so good.

Visited the leasing office a couple of days ago and the visit was great. The sales person answered all my questions and showed wonderful apartments. Applied instantly. Application process was straightforward. So far so good.

Staff - everyone is really friendly, down to earth, and willing to assist you.
Club - amazing! I sometimes spend all day here when I work from home. I just bring my macbook and get my work done. There is nobody there during normal business hours 9-5. I get to swim by myself, sauna by myself, shoot some hoops by myself.
During peak hours, it does get crowed but all gyms do. It never stopped me from getting my workouts in with different exercises.
