Tierra has to be hands down the best staff member we’ve ever came in contact with. Her attention to detail and positive attitude has made having 5 units with the company a BREEZE. Kelly is AMAZING. She gets the job done and is direct but doesn’t have that fake customer service voice. I love the straight forwardness. True asset. I work with customers every day too and I know other people don’t handle things properly all the time (customers and employees) but she gets it done.

Kelly and Tiera are extremely helpful and kind. They give me personal service and are very professional. I enjoy working with them and they are always available to answer questions and assist me. The facility is always kept clean. I am very pleased with the service.

I am so happy I decided to use Extra Space Storage! I love how informed the employees are first of all, how easily accessible the units are, with great pricing and a safe and clean location to store my belongings. I will recommend to everyone I know in need of storage.

I broke a tooth in my denture on vacation. Thank God for masks because there wasn’t anyone in Hot Springs that could fix it. I found Dr Zobrist on the internet and I’m so blessed that I did. I was able to get an appt on the same day I called and my denture was repaired like new within an hour!!! He also corrected a problem I had with my implants. Can I say he’s absolutely amazing!!! Now I can go back to work and smile smile smile!!! If you are a denture wearer and have a problem or in need of a new set of dentures Go See Dr. Zobrist!!!! I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars!!!
