Gracy Woods II Nursing Center

I am very thankful that I found Gracy Woods II. A close relative has been living there for 4 years and they have been excellent the entire time, especially during the COVID crisis. They are professional, helpful, caring, and always keep us informed. They also help me navigating through all the complexities of care. I'm grateful to the staff and felt they deserve a great review.

My father has been a resident for about a year and I couldn't be happier with the care. Everyone is kind and quick to acknowledge any needs or requests. The nurses are especially kind to me. The staff keeps the rooms pretty clean and they have fun events for the whole family. I also appreciate their care meetings they schedule with me to make sure all is well. The front of the building has been redone and it's gorgeous. I really feel like I found the best place possible. I have so much gratitude for all who work so hard keeping our elders well.

Awesome awesome brand new look and the staff at this facility really are the best care takers ever. My mom would never think of leaving this facility.

Mike, the director, who I understand has been there about a year or less, is very, very good. Kudos also to the admissions director Karen, very helpful. I recently transferred my mother from GW I, and it is a night vs. day difference, completely satisfied with the care given, and the attention of the nurses and CNAs. Mother had been in GW I for almost 4 years, and after it's change in ownership, it went downhill. The parent company owns I & II, but it's all about the director, and II's director is the reason we moved her from I.
