Very fast and good customer service

Nice people friendly and accommodating from the website all though the delivery. Nice selection in store and on line. Everyone all smiles and no attitude problems like other stores. When I go shopping for majore purchases I dress like a bumb to see how I get treated when I go into a place just to see how I get treated. These folks treated me great and I would do business with them anytime.

It was so easy to get the washer and dryer I needed all by phone and did not have to go to the store. Also, the staff were so friendly and very nice to work with. Rob was supper nice and the delivery went so well. Mark and Carlos were great. For the first time every getting a delivery these two remained professional and did not whine cry or complain a bit! Like so many other companies. I am very pleased to have chosen aarons not only for these appliances but I have been doing business with them for almost two years and had a great experience then as well. Thank you all.. Keep up the good work guys!

This store is great from appliances to Electronics to furniture, and the staff is what makes it so pleasant at this store, when you enter the door at Aaron's you are met with such a positive and enthusiastic greeting that is where it all begins, then I notice the floor displays which are immaculately in place it makes me want to buy each and everything on the floor but unfortunately I'm not able to do that, LOL.
My last purchase was Electronics and as usual everything went very smoothly from picking out what I was looking for and the information about the products given to me by the sales associate to the simplicity of the agreement and signing the paperwork it always happens without a hitch or a surprise.
I'm always impressed with the knowledge that is displayed by the personnel on the products they sell. To me some of the most important people that work there are the delivery drivers due to the fact I always receive a call before they arrive, they deliver on-time, setup, power on and demonstrate the product and never failing to ask if there is anything else that they can do. at that point all I have to do is sit back in the very nice recliner, which I purchased from Aaron's with the same positive experience, pick up the remote and start enjoying my new electronics.The loyalty and commitment to the customer from each and every employee is nothing less than a true reflection of the manager over that store which is Rob and assistant-manager Monica.
I would like to thank each and every person at that store for making my shopping experience affordable, simple, and pleasurable!???
