Very professional, quick and easy communication. They are very friendly and really care for you during your massage treatments. I was in a car accident and my body never felt the same as it used to. A lot of aches and soreness and it really got in the way of my work. My hands would randomly feel numb all the time and I could not turn my neck all the way. After my massage treatments my body feels as if I was younger again and all the issues I had went away. I really want to thank Jay and Brian!

Dr Jay is amazing. I had so much back pain where I couldn't move or get out of bed and his knowledge and treatment is like miracle work and has helped me so much and I always look forward to coming to his office for his positive energy knowledge and amazing adjustments was that different chiropractors before but none of them helped the pain but I found the best one in Doctor Jay and I recommend him a 1000% you will feel brand new after seeing him. I thought I was going to have to live with horrible pain the rest of my life but thank you dr. Jay for making me feel so much better and pain free

I’m so glad that I found Onepoint Chiropractic for treatment after a motor vehicle accident. The first time I came to get diagnosed, Dr. Jay helped put me at ease by explaining the symptoms of whiplash and how the treatment would work, plus answered my questions about insurance and recommended lawyers’ offices since I had just moved to Seattle and didn’t know anyone. From his knowledge and experience, he could tell where all the pain points were before I even realized some were there. Over the course of the treatment, my pain went away and my muscles regained their strength. Moreover, Dr. Jay as well as the massage therapists who work there are friendly, kind, trustworthy, and just great people! They were also very flexible with scheduling especially when I wanted to pause treatment during the Covid pandemic and enacted a lot of safety measures to make patients feel comfortable when things started opening up again. Dr. Jay is amazing ! I’ve been seeing him off an on for about 2 years now. He’s very knowledgeable and was able to help me with my back and neck problems after my car accident. When I was about 6 months pregnant I was having the worst lower back pain and went back to see him, he was able to diagnose me right away.
