needed a washer repair. showed up on time, did what they said they would. did quality work

We had an initial diagnosis by one of the repair persons, and he was very professional and courteous and spent time with the washer for at least 40-45 minutes. During that time, he was talking it through with me about what he thinks may be the problem and how a certain part can fix it. I trusted what he said, especially since he had been in the washer fixing business since 1999. Unfortunately, they couldn't come back till the following week since the part had to be ordered. But once the next appointment came, they were able to fix it within 30 minutes and didn't even need to use one of the parts so it was a cheaper estimate than anticipated. Obviously, the largest cost was labor, but if you go through any company that is how it will be. I would totally recommend them!

Technician was informative and walked me through every step of the repair process and explained options very clearly. I liked that.

Our service person, Kane was attuned to our problem. Gave us honest feedback, which unfortunately, led to the purchase of a new refrigerator. He even managed to get us a refund on purchased parts when the repair proved to be impossible.
Unfortunately, I wish that response time were better! I realize this has nothing to do with our repairman, but when you are living out of coolers, it matters!
I felt the $99 service fee was reasonable.
