(December 31, 2019, 3:03 pm)I had a broken water heater and Steve and Destiny helped me out as soon as I called. They worked on a Saturday and picked up and installed the new heater a couple of days later. Both were very professional and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Steve came, even though he was delayed, he came and immediately knew what the problem was and solved within 45 minutes. He was very considerate on the cost and we were very appreciative of that since we live on a tight budget, being retired people. Thank you Steve so much for solving our problem and for coming even though you were delayed, You are the plumber we will call from now own.

(October 8, 2018, 5:01 pm)I spoke with the owner over the phone who was very polite. I told him that all the drains in my house were backed up, even into the bathtubs. He said he’d be here within two hours. He couldn't make it within the time frame so he found another company to come solve my problem. Great customer service.
