Keystone Body Therapies - Scottsdale

Mitch and I were talking the other day that I was in and realized I have been seeing him for 7 years. Wow, I will follow him wherever he goes because he’s simply the best. I know my massages, I’ve had every kind from every place, a connoisseur if you will. When I didn’t know Mitch very well, I scheduled a 90 minute massage and asked him to please not waste 90 minutes of my life! He didn’t disappoint and now he couldn’t shake me if he wanted to LOL . Great place, great therapist, professional and clean and safe!

First time here. Didn’t know what to except. It’s definitely not like a day spa!

They do like deep tissue massage. Definitely they try to get the kinks out. It did hurt abit. They said I probably need more intense work. Cause it’s pretty tight.

Katherine is the best massage therapist ever! I met her at the rugged maniac race and decided to come back after being diagnosed with IT band syndrome. Her knowledge and skills ( plus me doing more stretching and foam rolling) helped me recover within a month and run spartan super!!
At the moment I come in for deep tissue massage at least once a month. It definitely helps me keep my extremely active lifestyle without any injuries.
She is very professional, accommodating and clearly veeery talented! I highly recommend her!

Great experience! I had a huge knot in my calf that prevented me from running. They are very knowledgable and spent 90 minutes on my legs. Couple days late and I am better than before! Back on marathon training!
