AJ is amazing - he really added some insight, not only to the weight loss part, but also the nutritional changes needed while I’m recovering from foot surgery. Was so surprised on how easy the plan is and the food is tasty too!!!

Hayden listens and helps with all concerns. Shakes and food are good and I've already seen positive results. They are teaching us to make positive changes with food choices. Not a fad diet but a lifestyle change.

This is the best diet I have ever been on, 90% of the shakes, bars, food is awesome. The nutritionist (Katie) is amazing as well, very supportive & helpful throughout my journey that I'm still on. I've lost 40 lbs since Aug 2019. There's also a support group on Facebook that's also helpful & supportive & inspiring.
