I already had Stingray hydrofoils on my Pro Sports Prokat-2200 CC with twin F115s. I must admit, the hydro-shields made a tremendous improvement in my boat's performance.

On our way back the sea was pretty rough and windy but the catamaran did what it was meant to do, but only with the addition of the hydro-shields.

I had my family and young ones sitting in the front and they were very comfortable in spite of the rough sea conditions.

The boat's longitudinal and overall stability was enhanced significantly. No porpoising whatsoever.

I was not able to assess if the hydro-shields made any difference on the top speed. However, any drop in the top speed, would be worth the benefits of the boat’s enhanced performance and stability.

I recently purchased the hydro-shield for my 24 foot pontoon boat. WOW!! This thing is built very well and was simple to install. Also, it made a world of difference in my turning radius as well as the boat planes out so much quicker. This in addition to prop protection, This was money well spent.

I just purchased my 4th Hydro-Shield, having installed my 1st one way back in 2003. I have an 18' SeaCraft Superfisherman powered by 90 hp Evinrude Etec. I'm thrilled with the benefits I receive with this product!
The stern-lift provided gets me on plane more than 2 seconds faster. My top speed has increased by 1.4 knots. ( I actually expected a slight decrease). There's also the protection afforded to my propeller and lower unit by this product. And of course, another change is the much improved handling/maneuverability and trim response.
I'm STILL a very satisfied consumer.

I have a Bayliner VR6 with a 200 Mercury Verado Pro. I had a second battery and a 9.9 kicker installed. The result is a boat with a very aft center of gravity. I was introduced to Hydro-Shield as an easy and effective way to keep the bow down to increase performance and comfort. I was skeptical, but installed one with the results being exactly as promised. I get up on plane faster, I am saving gas, and the ride in rougher water is dramatically improved. I love the improvements and feel good about the protection the Hydro-Shield provides for marine mammals. The small price of Hydro-Shield is a great investment in performance and comfort. I wish I had one earlier.
