If other warehouses did half of what I experienced here, it would be a good experience indeed. However, the staff here at R&S went well above and beyond what I have ever experienced in this business. Absolutely incredible. Greeted by the warehouse manager, (hey Roger!) and immediately directed to where I needed to be. In and out. I got sidetracked and forgot to chock my wheels and Steve helped me out with a smile. Jimmy helped provide one of the fastest load times. Communication: check. Friendly: check. Great process: check. In and out: check. These guys tick all of the boxes. I feel like I'm in a good version of the Twilight Zone here! Thank you for a wonderful experience! Keep up the amazing work!
