My family and I have been patients of hers for years. As for her policy for new patients, I know you had to call either at the end or beginning of the month to see if she was taking new patients (I had to do this for both my mother and husband). Her staff is great and I have never had an issue with any of them. She is a great doctor but is also very blunt and straightforward; does not sugarcoat & coddle the patient. (Some people may be put off by her bedside manner and get their feeling hurt.) However, she takes your health & treatment very seriously.
Provides a great service, listen and expects patients to listen. If you have a hard time following instructions, find a new doctor. It is difficult to become her patient because she limits the amount of patients to focus on quality not quantity.
