(January 12, 2017, 1:01 pm)I am a big guy. I play offensive tackle in football. Chad helped me replace fat with muscle, become quicker and stronger, while keeping me healthy. He does a great job balancing pushing you and knowing your limits. 10/10 would absolutely recommend for everyone.

After only a few weeks, I'm already seeing a difference in my attitude toward working out, my desire to eat healthier, and my energy level. I highly recommend personal training at Element 5!
