I noticed a bubble in my tire late Sunday night. I called Discount Tire Monday morning and was able to get a new tire, balance, and rotate all within a hour. They were extremely helpful the entire time. They explained the new way to check in, they taught me how to clear a low tire pressure alert that had been on for months, and they were patient while I asked questions about what I was paying for. They presented my options and explained each one without making me feel like my naivety was being taken advantage of. Every person that assisted with my vehicle was very nice and extremely helpful.

Best place for tires and unbeatable customer service. Discount Tire has helped me out on many occasions. If you go somewhere else for tires, you're wasting your time and money.

An absolutely excellent experience. I bought four 235/65r17 All-Terrain tires for my vehicle. Walmart refused to mount them because they were *slightly* larger than my stock tires. I needed them for a specific purpose that I will not disclose here. My choice. I'd already researched and verified that they'd work perfectly with no issues for my specific purpose. Discount tire mounted them for me with no issues. The skilled Women here are just excellent and I can't say enough great things about them. There were two Women working on my vehicle and they were precise, detailed and very proud of their work. The Gentleman receptionist was a breeze to deal with and very friendly. Keep up the good work!! Team is amazing helpful and they try their best to get everyone taken care of and give the best advice. From following social distancing and keeping the best atmosphere possible. Definitely helps to schedule an appointment and get taken care of properly. Good job guys! Only improvement would be to ask about the warranty or add one before adding them to my transaction. Didn’t know I got charged for the extra warranty but it’s ok since it should help in the future. Definitely visit this discount tire and you won’t be disappointed.
