Jana Smith is completely amazing! She answers all my emails in such a quick manner and is extremely responsive. She is always going above and beyond to make sure that we are happy and understanding to our account. She is truly a great person to have working with you. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family because of the amazing impression she has left with me and my family!

Miguel our property manager called to remind us of our lease renewing. Unfortunately it was going to go up again as it did last year and I made mention of this to Miguel and he immediately explained that he would contact his pricing team and see if there was anything they could do and boy oh boy did they do it. They gave us a better deal for our one year lease and I’m so grateful. He quickly called back once he had the great news for us. His customer service is impeccable, fast and his kindness when dealing with others is amazing! A BIG THANK YOU, Miguel for going above and beyond for us, you really made a difference!!

I have rented from them for 2 years with no problems. The house was good, my property manager Tim was helpful and responsive, and the price was good for a 4 bedroom house. AH4R is quick to get a maintenance person out to fix whatever is wrong, and will give you the contact info for the contractors, which I thought was great too. Overall it was a very positive rental experience.

I am renting with AH4R company , I am happy being here because of how professional ,responsive and the value they give to their tenants which every tenant wants in his life. My wife and I want to thank JANA Smith the administrator particularly, she is very and very good person never seen in our life, willing to help at any time as long as she knows that you have some questions related to the house, she is there to help and direct you how things can work .I wish everyone should be like her. My husband and I came across this Realtor Company and at first were a little spectacle, since the whole process seemed a little TOO convenient... Come to find out, it WAS INDEED that convenient, and totally legit!! Everything was all done by via email and very professional! Upon viewing our home, I was in Aww from the first time I saw it, my husband kept his promise and we are now, 6-7 months living in this home though, Americans Home 4 Rent and couldn’t be happier!! Thank you to Tanner and All the helpful staff there!! ?
