Everyone that works here is super nice! Everything went every very well. They answered every concern we had and we’re looking forward to beautiful smile ?

We went in expecting just consultations. Turns out one got braces put on same day! They were very compassionate, informing, and comforting! Dr Payne even texted at like 7pm to check on him and see how he was doing! Highly recommend! And the financing was so easy to work with!

We started seeing Dr. Payne for my daughter for braces. Him and his whole team are super awesome! Very caring, funny and concerned with what they are doing.
Today I got my own braces on followed with a small procedure. I was nervous about it all, but his assistance were very sweet and kept me calm though the entire appointment, explaining everything they were doing and answered every question. Dr. Payne was exactly the same. Kind, carrying, gentle and very concerned about his patients well being and made the whole experience not as bad as I thought it would be.
I HIGHLY recommend this orthodontist. You will not be disappointed!

I have a very shy daughter who does not like going to any doctors office. Dr Paynes entire staff was kind, gentle with their approach and has earned her trust so that she can have work done and not have anxiety going to his office every 6 weeks. If you need a place with a warm friendly approach this is it!

I will begin by saying that next week I will be 79 years young. When my dentist told me that I really needed to consider orthodontics as my bite was so bad that I was fracturing my teeth and I would end up with a mouth full of crowns. My response was that I was too old for braces, they are for my grand kids. After a lot of thought I decided to go for it. It took me nearly 2 years of braces but I am so glad I did it. My teeth are now straight and the bite is perfect. My wife says I even look better and not like I am missing teeth. Dr. Payne set up a payment schedule that we could meet with out dipping into our retirement. From the first day to the last every one at Orthodontics at BridgeTower were fabulous. Always kind and genuinely interested in my progress. I would give them a 10 star rating if it was possible. My only complaint was the fact that you go in the office and see all these pictures of kids the age of my grand kids getting braces. I teased Dr. Payne that they needed to put up a picture or two of us old duffers to show that braces are not just for kids! YEA!
