JL Patisserie

When all you see are five star reviews maybe you think something is not quite kosher. Well, I am here to tell you everything mentioned about this place is right on, JL is absolutely the best bakery in town.
I am a private chef and when my clients are looking for desserts there is no other place that I recommend. The flourless chocolate cake is truly the stuff dreams are made of but everything they make here is top notch and made with very high-quality ingredients.
The flavor and texture of everything is as good as it gets and then of course when you look at the products they are as beautiful as they are tasty, you cannot go wrong here.
Small artisanal businesses like this have struggled in this area for years replaced by big box stores offering inexpensive or rather cheap mass produced everything.
Please support businesses like this they are a true positive for our growing area.

I bought a variety of items to try them out, it was my first time there. I will never go anywhere else for my baked goods. It was exceptional. Bravo !

Last night I was dreaming about my years in Paris and this morning I discovered JL Patisserie in the VIllage at Shea. I took one bite of the chocolate croissant and was immediately transported to long mornings strolling along the Seine. The Buttery, Flaky shell, the warm soft chocolate all melted in my mouth to create the perfect bite. I am thrilled to know they are here! Thank you JL Patisserie!

Had some of the French silk pie and it is the best I have ever had in my life. The crust was the greatest ever too. I am seriously now officially in love with this dessert and will leave anyone I am dating to be with the French silk pie. I’m sorry, it’s not you, it’s me.
