Wow! Grateful and blessed!! I can’t finish 2020 without reviewing Pinnacle Health Transformation and letting everybody knows how Arlene impacted my life. She is phenomenal, inspiring, kind, warm, fun, attentive and extremely knowledgeable on both fitness and nutrition. She has helped me love working out, something that at my age I lost couples of years ago. She pushes me without being aggressive about it. My results from size 12 to 4 ????. She is not only my personal trainer she’s my family now. Arlene is the best personal trainer in town, if you want results you need her. Highly recommend!!!!

Pinnacle Health Transformation is not just a personal trainer. Arlene does her best to tailor training to your lifestyle. She includes everything you need to transform your body and mind. Her dedication goes further. My results were incredible. Advice, listen to what she say and you will reach all your goals. "You will never regret working hard because hard work always pays off".

Arline has trained me for a while now and when we workout together, not only does she help me with my body, but she helps me with my mind. While I work out I talk to her and i feel like I can really trust her. It is nice to have her there to listen to me. And the transformation has been a tremendous process AND SUCCESS. I feel and look so much better than I did. This is how I prefer to get AND STAY fit.

Arlene, You are the best Personal Trainer, I have ever
had, when you trained me at Bally’s Gym, my Body changed from a small frame, to a small frame with definition, you taught me how to eat and maintain this size for the rest of my life, while I am working out, I still hear her voice pushing me, and advising me to never give up. I miss you here in Atlanta, I am forever greatful, for everything you taught me.

Arlene is the BEST trainer around! Not only does she work me hard but she also encourages me to push myself past my comfort zone and I have come out stronger because of her. She also makes delicious meals for her clients that my whole family LOVES! She has a personal touch too and she shows it in how she cares for all of her clients. I’ve trained with her on and off for over 8 years to accomplish many different things (feel stronger, eat healthier, and lose the baby weight) and she always tailors her workouts to what I find important in that time.
