Monique was absolutely amazing! She was helping multiple customers at once, but made us all feel valued and important. She was prompt, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. We came in to set up service for my daughter's first phone and we both left extremely happy!!!

Monique helped me today and WOW, talk about great customer service. She was so helpful and pleasant! She also managed to help several other customers in the hour that I spent there getting my new phone and not once did she get impatient or seem flustered by the amount of work she had to do. Monique is handling this store like a complete pro!
