I needed a water meter pit lid replaced due to a seized nut. When I arrived to the store the parts desk person helped me very well. He could not find a replacement for my lid because it was very old, but instead he suggested I grind off the old nut and he sold me a new one. What could have been a $70 charge by the water company ended up being $14. Great service
