Prestige ER

Thank you Elvis for personally calling and addressing my concerns in regards to billing. I really appreciated the time and detail in explaining of my concerns. I changed my review from a 1 star to a 5 star because you are making sure I am taken care of.

They saw me quickly and provided good care when I split my head open (how embarrassing). My health insurance had not yet been in effect so I was cash pay. They were reasonable and fair. I had to have three staples.

The doctors and the staff are amazing and with great heart at Prestige ER. Fantastic ER facility with state-of-the-art equipment and they have great response time. Their prices are reasonable with good discount. I highly recommend this Prestige ER for any of your emergency needs.

I would definitely recommend Prestige ER. The staff are kind and courteous. They assisted me with all of my needs. The doctor is skilled and well experienced. I knew I was in good hands. Most outstanding of all was the pricing. I received a hefty discount that I wouldn’t get anywhere else.

I just wanted share one of friend's experience who has been visited Prestige ER with health problem. There was no wait. Everyone from the receptionist, the nurse in the room, to the doctor who saw me were all so helpful and friendly. I really appreciate all of their kindness and would recommend this location to friends and family needing to visit full service ER. I greatly appreciate their follow-up call on the next day. The entire staff was so nice.
