    I rented a unit and was given a gate code that didnt work, 12 hours later I cancelled the the rental, still unable to get the gate open.
    I was still charged a $15 non refundable booking fee even though I couldn't get in the gate.

    Nice safe storage unit, only they need to finish paving the area in front of the big storage area where I have my storage unit. Other than that been a very nice storage facility.
