ProSource Medical Equipment

This local business carries Spectra S1 and S2 breast pumps and has excellent customer service! ProSource is currently an in-network medical supply company for HealthChoice and BlueCross BlueShield. I was having a difficult time finding an in-network supplier who carried Spectra S1 with the rechargeable battery (even popular online medical suppliers don't seem to carry the S1). I came across ProSource in a Google Search. I called, confirmed they had the product I wanted, and gave them my information over the phone. They entered me into their system and verified insurance. When I arrived, I received excellent customer service and was out of there in 5 minutes. They were very knowledgeable of the benefits under my plan, including which pumps were fully covered and which pumps had an upgrade fee. They also knew my plan fully covered a set of replacement parts, which I was also able to get there. (I didn't know that and would have otherwise bought them out-of-pocket online somewhere.) Shop local, avoid the hassle, and go to ProSource for your Spectra breast pump!

I’ve been getting pump supplies from here the past 2 babies. Staff will help you in any way to get your supplies covered by insurance while your standing there. They are excellent at looking at your benefits. The only gruff i have is I got a Spectra S2 and they billed my insurance $200. The S1 is $200 at Target. I would of had to pay $50-60 for the S1. I’m not sure why nor did I ask. I just saw it on my EOB.

Wonderful customer service. The owner opened up the store after hours for an urgent piece of medical equipment for our 2 day old baby. Not only that, they were the cheapest price of anyone else we had talked to. This is a great company to do business with!
