I contacted Billy of Thermador Group to discuss an issue I was having with my 10+year old Kenmore washer/dryer center (stacked apartment size). He actually told me that it wasn't worth it to pay him to check out the unit as he could tell by my description of what sounds the washer was making that the repair would be very costly. I couldn't believe how honest he was about not letting me pay for a diagnostic fee. He even recommended the best brand to consider when my unit finally dies (he actually said it may last another 6 mos to a year so I could start saving up!) I definitely will use his service should anything else comes up. I am going to put up a flyer in my complex recommending him to other residents who may need help.

Excellent service from Thermador Group on our LG washer. They added me into their schedule at the last minute, and then Andrew was able to diagnose the problem right away. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Andrew took the time to show me where the feeder hose had developed a tear, really appreciate that. Will absolutely call them again!

David with Thermador Group came out to fix my washing machine this afternoon. He was able to fix it in under two hours which included going to get the parts necessary for the repair. He was knowledgeable regarding his trade and wonderfully courteous and respectful. The office staff was also great. They were having phone issues and immediately called me back from a private number and were able to schedule me for same day service. I highly recommend them and hope they will be able to help you when you need them.

We called to have our ice maker fixed. Robert, who is a very nice guy, came the day after we called him. He was on time, polite, and professional. He worked quickly and gave us honest options about the cost of the repair versus the cost to replace. We chose to have the repair done. He ordered the parts and came back on time to complete the job. He also fixed the doors to the refrigerator, which he told us were offset, at no charge. We were very happy with Thermador Group.

I am extremely impressed and genuinely satisfied with the excellent professionalism and technical expertise of Thermador Group. This company deserves the highest recommendation. Our built-in Kitchen Aid refrigerator stopped cooling and I called the office. Kristina was very resourceful and contacted the technician right away for technical advice. Miller assessed the possible issue over the phone and within minutes of arrival for the service confirmed it. He even had the right part with him! The refrigerator is up and running again. Top-notch service, professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with!
