Super nice hotel. Well staffed
Courteous and caring from desk to house keep. Rooms extremely spacious and clean.

We love this hotel and have stayed there over 4 times per it’s convenient location for us. It’s also has a modern design and always busy.

I personally didn’t like the duvets in every single room. Once we had an issue with the AC and another with the blinder but the person who fixed them was very nice and quick. Their sinks are very small but they are okay. Otherwise everything else is nice and most staff are nice too that’s why we always come back.

So some people here posted that the rooms and bleak & plain but that is by design. It shows it clearly on the official website. Room was good and location was great plenty of food options, bars and near shopping areas. My only issue was with the small bathroom sink was really really close to the mirror. So it was hard to wash your face, get water after brushing your teeth. I was surprised they had 2 neat presidential suites with a outside commons patio area.

NYLO is the best. I have stayed in Rhode Island, NYC and both in Dallas area when traveling for business. Would recommend to anyone traveling for work or in area for pleasure. Love the modern style mixed with raw concrete elements. Very private and sound proof!!! A+
