Great place for any woodworker

We picked up an old Delta/Rockwell Unisaw at an auction and it was missing the table insert. We saw these Betterley inserts with the replaceable kerf insert and thought we'd give it a try. We bought the DR-110 WOW! It's perfect! It was easy to assemble, fits the saw perfectly and was easy to level. And it's beautifully made! We also bought extra kerf inserts so we can cut one for 45 degree angle and another for a dado set etc. Knowledgeable staff and great customer service. Worth every penny. It even impressed the machinist in the house and that's saying something:)

I bought the DR-110 Zero Clearance Insert System for my old Union table saw from Lee Valley Tools , great product. I would suggest however that during assembly you chase all the threads with a tap (1/4 x 28 and 3/16 x 24) . The set screws are very tight and I noticed the aluminium starting to bulge a little on the set screws close to an edge . No big deal and only takes a few minutes .

I purchased a Straight Line Connector from Betterley tools to help with aligning connected track saw rails. This tool is expensive but it is a high quality item that fits a specialized need. Recommended.
