Our in-store appointment wound up becoming a phone appointment due to COVID, but that didn't matter. Juan was so informative, explanatory, and helpful that it was a fantastic experience. I'd had a virtual appointment with someone from a different store, and that experience seriously sucked. Juan, however, created exactly what I needed while maximizing my space. We're thrilled with how the closets came together (self-install for one and professional install for the second) and we have SO much room now!

The system itself is so easy to setup and the solutions are so helpful and addicting to use , all I do is think of new ways to organize and the container store is the place to do it.
