Alyson is one of the kindest landlords I have ever met. She really tries to do her best at making the tenant feel like a priority. Anytime I had an issue with something she would always respond quickly and would know exactly what to do! Very happy I found I had found this studio and thanks to her she helped make it happen!

I loved living at "The Shores" for the past year. The neighbors, maintenance workers, and apartment management were all very friendly and east to work with. Wendy especially was incredibly helpful and professional. The location is unbeatable and the rent was affordable. I would highly recommend living here!

I had a great lease with KRC! Sadly, my building was bought by another company and we lost the spectacular building manager that we had (Tiffany). She was fantastic and always made sure everything went smoothly regarding the building. I would recommend KRC and Tiffany to all other perspective renters. Thanks!!

Some correspondence from other managers or their corporate office has been less than great, but Kelsey is a rock-star.

We are concluding our 1st year renting at L7 Flats and it has been the BEST rental experience I have ever had!

We have enjoyed her professionalism and love how clean and comfortable the property is. The landscaping is beautiful, too!

We have decided to move into another property she manages because we have enjoyed it so much and hoping for another great year!
