A beautiful oasis tucked away in the heart of Costa Mesa. I am always impressed by the calm energy and professionalism of the space. Great place to receive bodywork or attend an intimate-sized yoga class. I even rent a room here for my own healing sessions! Truly recommend!!

Nayelli is amazing and she has created such a healing and loving space in her studio and massage rooms. I feel so at ease just in her presence that the massages and yoga practices are just an added bonus!

Align Bodywork and Yoga has been a lifesaver for me. Such a professional and relaxing environment. Anytime my body is in pain, Nayeli finds a way to work it out for me. The best Massage Therapist I’ve ever seen.

I came her one day on my break at work as I was having horrible neck pain!! I couldn’t even turn my neck!! Not only did Craig bring me back to life he made me feel very comfortable. It is very conveniently located also a very relaxing atmosphere. Also he asked questions on how much pressure to apply and etc. I definitely will be recommending all my friends and family here and I will be a return client ?

What can I say wow. As a manual physical therapist, I have to say Nayelli and Align do it right! She gets to the point to getting your body relaxed. I stuck around after for Yoga and thst was also a great way to keep the new range and freedom better aligned and stabilized. Thank you so much!
