It's been about a year since I've been in. Dr Braxton always encoraged me to think what would happen if I just did what I wanted to do? I always had an excuse but her words always stuck with me. It took me a year to recognize my excuses and take the blindfold off. Thanks to her I am my authentic self. Loving myself enough to set boundaries and create my life the way I see fit.
