I am a high school teacher at a school that is fully open. I was recently notified I had been exposed to a student who tested positive and so I am quarantining and went to FastMed for a COVID test. Though it took over an hour, and I waited in a room for 30 minutes, I understood that the wait time was because of how busy they are. They were very helpful and understanding. They explained what I should do and be on the lookout for, and they clearly appreciated my patience. Treat them with kindness, they're doing their best. I'd return there, and I have...this is not my first time going to this Fast Med location.

The staff at FastMed Tatum and Shea were amazing.. they took care of me quickly, professionally, with compassion. They worked on my medical problem till I felt better, I thank the Doc and staff so much for this. The clinic was so clean and disinfected , I felt safe being treated at this FastMed Urgent Care. I do not usually post messages like this, but need to go to urgent care? you can make an apt. on line and you will be treated with superior medical service.

This place was pretty chill and relaxed.
I went to give a UA for a job, and unfortunately I have a super shy bladder and can never manage to go on command. So, it took a few tries and they were all super patient with me and didn't make me feel all sketched out about it. They gave me water to help encourage a sample.

Obviously it's weird when you try to give someone a Urine sample and you go in the bathroom stand in there for 10 minutes and come out with an empty cup.

But they were cool about it, and eventually I was able to drop the sample. So cheers to them for being very professional and not sketchy about my personal issues.

Very nice staff and very helpful! They took the time to explain everything and make sure all my questions and concerns were answered.

I am visiting from out of town and this place was so fast, and kind. the doctor was thorough and very helpful. She took my illness seriously and made me feel confident in what she was suggesting. often as a queer person I don't feel safe in doctor offices, because of the way I am treated. this place was wonderful to me. I would highly recommend it.
