Acceptance Insurance

I am really grateful for the Auto Insurance Agency, specifically, their Bedford Texas office which is spearheaded by Stephanie. She is professional, she is responsive, she knows her industry and is very knowledgeable and I have nothing but good things to say about doing business with Stephanie. Linda Garcia was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING in her customer service. She met my needs above and beyond. She was Truly, Truly, Wonderful during the call today. I couldn't ask for Better Customer Service!!!!

Very reasonable insurance prices, best I found after accidents in our family. We didn’t think we’d be able to find affordable insurance. The only draw back is I have to call to pay my bill every month there is no auto-pay option. But this is only for the “type” of insurance we have.

But even so Linda calls me every month to remind me ...so pretty good. I wish they had a premium discount for COVID-19 considering we aren’t driving one of our vehicles.

Wow!!! Let me tell you Ms.Stephanie and the whole gang are so amazing. They helped me so much. I had a few major accidents a year ago and my insurance became ridiculous. People quoted me $500-$600 a month. These saints got me down to $300 for two vehicles with roadside assistance and other perks on new cars. They are Amazing. Seriously if you are just a little curious about insurance come to the Bedford location,and ask for Stephanie. She is the best. I would give you guys 10 stars if I could.
