Open Advantage MRI

CLAUSTROPHOBIC!!!!! Terrified !
Sherman, at the front desk set a tone of calm and caring. He set a reassuring tone!
Drew my technician guided me to the machine as I had eye mask on that had been provided. Once settled on to table head phones played soothing music. Drew told me how long each session would last and I counted the seconds.
Drew also let me know how much more time was left in the entire session.
Fabulous experience?

This was the best MRI experience ever. I am extremely claustrophobic and cannot tolerate regular MRIs. Drew, who was the technician, was very helpful, courteous and respectful. I was even given my favorite music on headphones to help me relax. The noise of the machine at times was quite loud with a variety of sounds, but not unexpected.

The machine itself was softly lit inside, and even though I put my mask over my eyes, I could see out through the wide bore tunnel, which gave me a lot of comfort. I will have to go back sometime to take pictures. I was in pain so I didn't even think of it.

Thank you to Open Advatage! The staff is very polite and helpful! MRI technician was very informative, professional and extremely kind! For someone who is extremely claustrophobic like myself, this shorter tube, wide-bore machine is a game changer! I highly recommend Open Advantage to everyone in need of an MRI!

Very nice staff always make sure you know what's going to be done and that your comfortable to make your visit is a good one.

I have bad anxiety over having MRIs in the past. The staff here is so good and understanding and made this much easier. Thanks
