This is a little Ace in Kaufman, TX. So, do they have everything I need, NO! However, their customer service is allows on point. I usually only get a few steps in the store before someone approaches me and will not leave my side until I have found what I need, or confirmed they don't have it. This may be because they can see on my face I'm lost, but that is sweet of them!

I ran in 15 minutes before they closed for the day looking for what I thought would be a simple grab and go, but I had trouble finding what I was looking for that would work for what I needed, and Rodney and Brian were there helping and working with me until I got what I needed. They didn’t try to hurry me out, they were there till I got what I had to have. They were great and it was cool to see something like that again.

The staff is awesome! They always help out if I can't find anything and it never takes me too long to get in/out which I love. The selection of stuff could improve but it's a tiny store so they can only hold so much (not the worst complaint)

Dr Stanley was very knowledgeable, patient, and a good listener. He showed me my X-ray and went over everything thoroughly. Before I left, he made sure all my questions were answered.

Dr. Stanley showed me my x-rays, clearly explained my options and didn't push me into a surgery, but left me with all options. Very professional. Yes, I would recommend him.

Ortho Carolina is excellent. I've had 3 different issues they took care of me. I had a fractured pelvis, hip replacement, and surgery for a fractured Femur. All the Doctors and staff were outstanding. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Stanley was wonderful in explaining everything and what steps are next. I definitely recommend him highly.

Staff was courteous n friendly. Dr Stanley showed compassion n empathy for my knee problem. He educated me on exactly what was going on with my knee
