I first started using Milner for our copier/printer service and support. I know use many of their other IT services. The support and service is top notch, and other companies cannot match the level of support and service that Milner provides. Kristin has been amazing to work with. Kristin is very knowledgeable and the solutions she offers helps make my job easier. I have had several projects that needed to be completed ASAP. Kristin and her team were able to complete the project from start to finish in record time. Kristin follows up on every project and service call, she stops in and makes sure everything is running smoothly. If you are looking for a company and a rep that goes above and beyond for their customers, Milner is highly recommended.

I was very pleased from the first time I met Trent Whitehead. He explained to me the need for our church to update our copier as certain repair parts were no longer available. He also explained the upgraded features that we would certainly need as technology has improved. We contacted Trent later and leased a new copier. Installation and set up were a breeze - Jamie & Alan Mullen assisted with installation of our copier and they made sure not to damage carpet, walls, doors, etc when moving the copier to the second floor of the church. All the functions were explained very well to me and the pastor; everyone was very courteous, patient, professional, and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone to give them a call when in the market for a new copier! I was also impressed that Trent was interested in getting to know us and what our needs currently are and what we may need in the future.

Daniel and Greg where awesome! Went over the details very carefully to make sure I understood everything. When our old copier was being repaired (which was very quick also!) Daniel and Greg offered to run them for me! What a blessing! Milner has awesome customer service for all, supplies, repairs and sales.

Milner is always fast, responsive, and great to work with! Anytime I have questions about our printers Milner is happy to assist and set us up with the best options for our business! On top of that, their technicians and account representatives are awesome! Our regular technician, Curtis, is very knowledgeable and friendly; he always arrives quickly and knows exactly what to do when we need help! Our account representative, Kristin, is just as great, and she has helped us figure out the best options for printing based on our specific needs.
