(November 6, 2020, 2:59 pm)WOW! Had a problem with the clamp that holds the phone. Called them and they asked to email pictures of the broken part. Wanted to buy replacement parts. They replied the same day asking for shipping info. They arrived a week later and I am from Canada. Not 1 put 2 complete mounts at no charge!! Awesome customer service!

The lady on the phone was super friendly and informative. She simply asked for a picture of my mount and my address. A few days later, I received not just the broken clips, but a whole new mount! I'm a customer for life! You never see good customer service anymore. Thank you Bracketron!
