Lake Gregory Pharmacy

After using the drive thru feature of Walgreens at the bottom of hwy18 I wasn't sure about this but I am so happy I tried it. Small town friendly service and FAST. Decent little convenience store inside also with quality health products and a few snacks.

What a wonderful pharmacy. The Pharmacists Rich and Amy are extremely knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. They always take the time to thoroughly explain your medication, and answer any questions you have. They make it policy to go the extra mile, not an exception. Examples: Rich has ordered my medication on a sunday, from his computer, which he has a backup system on, when the main medicine network ordering system was down. I was then able to pick up my meds on monday. This was on a sat. in a snow storm and all the power was out in downtown Crestline (mountain locals know the drill) I expected they would be closed. But as I walked up, the door was open, and there they were, writing everything with pens on paper (since no computers were up) and using their cell phones to make light.. A big chain pharmacy would just be closed, but not Lake Gregory Pharmacy! That's the kind of thing they do for their patients- The Pharmacy Technicians there; Randall, Lori, Jennifer and Vincent are amazing- always on top of things, always with a smile and greeting you by name- They are organized, efficient and smart. Medications are ready fast, and they always seem to find solutions to any issues that may arise - I've seen many happy people who were expecting to pay cash surprised when they got insurance billed instead, or a vital tablet loaned until the DR's office responds..They truly care. If an elderly patient can't make it in, no problem, they make sure they get the medication- which is probably why I've seen numerous patrons come in thanking them- by bringing cards and notes, one time even burgers for the whole staff. When one employee became a first-time father, I noticed that week almost everyone congratulating him and offered well wishes. That's the kind of family/community feel Lake Gregory has to it. That's why I will always go here, as I trust them with my health and wellbeing. To everyone there, Thank you so much! A+, Highly recommended!

The most excellent small town version of a pharmacy one could expect! I dig every little thing about this pharmacy! Excellent wall decor, kind, friendly and helpful staff! Prescriptions filled quick - competitive with and even better than Walgreen's! Without the big city, corporate feel. Just down to earth good folks. I love this place and I hope it never changes!

This pharmacy beats all head name and big corporations! Exactly what this community up here needs! They have been there for me like no other! They strive to help you! I could go on and on!
