HIGHLY recommend trying out Sole PT. I've been in and out of PT offices over the past 10 years for lower extremity injuries. Eryn is one of the most knowledgable, well-read, and passionate PT's that I've encountered. Through soft tissue manipulation, education, and giving cues to activate muscles I wasnt used to using, she helped restore my gait to a more normal pattern! Like I said, I HIGHLY recommend looking into Sole PT.

I highly recommend Dr. Eryn and Sole Physical therapy! I had a severe issue of walking on the outside of my right foot, which was causing foot, leg, hip and back pain. Her innovative thinking and plan of attack have helped me make made huge improvements in how I walk. These improvements have helped my entire body feel better, and I now have the habits and knowledge that will allow me to stay pain-free for years to come. Thank you so much Eryn!

Eryn stays on the cutting edge of the latest developments in the field of physical therapy. I thought I was doomed to suffer with back pain and arthritis the rest of my life. Thanks to Eryn, I am pain free and working out more vigorously than I did 20 years ago.

Had nearly constant ankle pain in my right ankle for over a year after a bad sprain, was told by others that I needed to properly rest it, but after 2 months of almost no physical activity during covid quarantine, the pain was still there. After about 6 sessions here and doing the exercises during each week, the pain is gone and I'm back to play soccer with no brace! Can't recommend this enough.
