My air conditioner broke at 7:00 pm, and it was sweltering out. I called Trendline Heating And Cooling Crew based on the google reviews, and James, the expert was at my house by 7:45. He was methodical and professional. He started with the fuses, checked power source, and quickly went through check after check until he found the problem. He fixed it super quick and the price was very reasonable. I am so grateful that he came out so late and on such short notice. He is friendly and knowledgeable, and I will call James for all future issues.

The technician the responded to our call was awesome! He was very professional, polite and had a wonderful personality. He was extremely knowledgeable which made the whole dreaded repair experience enjoyable as I typically hate to call a repairman. If our air condition ever has issues again, I will request for him to come out personally as he understands old school values as Great Customer Service!
