Very nice folks, no problems with my oil change so far, took about 45 minutes longer than estimated.

So I have to give a big shout out to the Manager Derek. I came in for an oil change appointment at 7a, I waited in the lobby. Shortly after my truck was on the lift, Derek comes in after 15 minutes or so and calls me out to the bay. He shows me some fluid that’s seeping from above, then explains that the fluid is the lubricant for the A/C condenser. He must’ve seen my body posture hang a little lower and quickly informed me that I was a lucky guy. I still had 500 or so miles left on my warranty, and not to worry that the part and labor was covered. Phew, right! Better yet, he was confident they could complete the job within the day. I get a ride home and get a call around 2:15p that they were wrapping up and would send for a pickup around 3p. Derek also explains some other findings that were addressed and also covered by the warranty. When I get there I receive my keys, go over the summary, and even got information on an extended warranty. I gotta say, I was lucky that day and fortunate. Thank you Derek and team for addressing the issues early, doing a great job, and saving me serious money.

The guys behind the counter were super nice and knowledgeable. I waited on my vehicle - they said it could take up to an hour or so but were about to get it done in 40 min. Obvi that won't always be the case but it's always appreciated when it is ready faster than expected. Location is clean and so far so good on my car.

I would highly recommend having your vehicle serviced here. I have brought in foreign and domestic vehicles both new and old for issues as simple as an oil change to much more complex problems and I have always been satisfied with the service I have received. Before finding this shop like most people I was stuck bringing my cars to other mechanics whom were unable to help but happy to charge me for their time. The technicians here have not only been able to diagnose any mechanical issues my vehicles have had but they have always been able to resolve the issue in a timely fassion. The staff has always been courteous and professional as well as upfront about pricing. They have always been direct about which items need immediate attention and which repairs may need attention in the future. I have never felt pressured into services and I always leave feeling as if I am fully aware of any issues my vehicles have and all options available to me. Do yourself a favor and stop allowing these other shops to "take you for a ride" and just get it done right the first time by true professionals.
