Very positive experience. All the retail staff were very helpful and went out of their way to see that I was able to get what I wanted, and the doctor was friendly and approachable. The location I was at recently moved from the mall to around Chesterfield Airport Road and probably for the best. There was nothing wrong with the original store, but their new stand alone store is very nice.

RYAN WAS INCREDIBLE. So kind and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out the CUTEST glasses I’ve ever had. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Ordered contacts. Store associate - Chad - was exceptionally helpful! Called back when he said he would, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient - made the whole experience easy! Usually feel like I'm getting ripped off when ordering glasses and contacts - but not at LensCrafters!

What an amazing experience! The new store is so clean and modern. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Hively is the best! Chad made sure that I was fully informed on the process and tech and couldn't have been more helpful.
