We purchased prior to the great recession and were well underwater when the Navy moved us accross the country. After renting for 6 years, we decided it was time to sell. Caterine and her team took care of everything for us from accross the continent. Always responsive, they provided sound advice and guided us through selling our first home. I've interacted with quite a few realtors over the years and you learn to spot who is simply in it for the money vs. those who really care about their clients. The realtors at the Kingston office definitely fall in the latter category. It's very refreshing.
