(August 1, 2019, 4:42 pm)Good & bad experience. My sister was admitted in a 3 bed room Room was terrible. Room was dark, smelled and was also used as a storage for wheel chairs. I requested admission to transfer to 2 bed room which was empty & available & took 4 days for them to do so. Admission department is not helpful at all.
The staff to help the patient was awesome. They are all really good and are there to help the patient right away. Physical therapist was excellent. Fully satisfied with the care but not with admission department.
