Awesome, Dr Hooker is the best.

I called Dr. Hooker’s office emergently on a Monday morning and had surgery that afternoon. I have complete confidence in Dr. Hooker to correctly diagnose the problem, take care of it surgically and guide me through the recovery phase. He has a wonderful bedside manner, is knowledgeable and caring. He takes his time to explain everything and answer all my questions regarding my case. I have great confidence in Dr. Hooker.

I had a very painful situation and my regular proctologist could not see me for a month. I called Dr. Hooker's office and they agreed to see me, 30 minutes before they closed! He even did a little procedure go give me relief. He asked me how I was feeling throughout the entire procedure and was very concerned with my pain level. I am forever grateful for the care and concern of the Doctor and his staff.
His receptionist listened to my situation and when she realized that I should be seen, she asked if she could speak with her office manager and call me back. She actually did and the manager authorized such a late appointment. They really went above and beyond what they are expected to do for someone they have never seen before. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I will never go anywhere else.
