Wonderful, pleasant experience. I appreciate the time the tech took to explain to me the issue and what he was going to do to fix it. I am high Risk for Covid and Brian made sure to wear a mask and shoe covers. Office lady was very nice as well. Thank you for the quality service, would recommend. Thank you.

They got to us the next day after calling in and fixed our dryer in under an hour. The repair tech communicated well and explained what he was doing. I appreciate his professionalism and speed. Beyer was sent out through our home warranty service, but based on my experience I recommend them.

I am so happy my home warranty company works with Beyer Appliances! This week I had Jesus out to help with my ice maker and he was great! He was on time, polite and professional. If you get a chance to request your service provider I would ask for Jesus as I will for all future work I have done.

Tu arrived Covid protected, clean and neat and courteous. I watched as he carefully disassembled the refrigerator and explained what and why he was doing it. He showed me the broken and new parts and their function. I was impressed how careful and meticulous he was with everything from reassembling, cleaning up and documenting. I do highly recommend Beyer Appliance Service and Thank Tu for a job well done. A few days later however I noticed the bottom ice maker was still not performing. I called and arranged for your follow up later this week.
