As someone who used to work at a JJ my pet peeve is when they forget to cut the sandwich if it’s box is ✅ and when they straight up don’t include the checked items, ie: mayo packets, this is like the 7th time in a row. If you’re out of them fine but I’ve called about this before and I’m just like ugh hellooooo anyone home? Aside from that. It’s a good team, but like homies come on. Read the whole ticket. It literally isn’t that hard. Retired server In me is always doing 22% tip at least but Jesus get it together fam.photo added for reference that cut in half, and mayo packets were a part of the saved order.

Always a good choice. Bottom of the French bread seemed a little stale (it was 3 pm, between the meal rushes), but with mayo and mustard, there was enough moisture for it not to be a big deal.
My go-to is always #5 Vito. Surprisingly, among the lower calorie 8" subs (at 580).
Hubby got the Club Tuna because it was Friday and he's Catholic.
We'll always come back.

Cannot say enough good things about this location! The girl who drives the subaru is hands down the best deliver-er on the planet! She always makes my day when she brings our sandwiches! Always in a good mood and super kind! Our sandwiches are always delivered FREAKY fast and always FRESH AF!

I had a great experience at this jimmy johns! The staff is so accommodating and they make the best sandwiches freaky fast. I definitely recommend this location. Claydon did a great job making my sandwich today and ensured I had everything I needed and more. If you’re looking for a good sandwich this is the place to go!!

Wow, I haven't been here in a couple of months. But this place has changed HUGE!! Fast and friendly staff that truly deserve the recognition of "Freakishly Fast"! My son and I both ordered meals and before we could fill our drinks they were made fresh and awesome! Place is also so much cleaner, I mean it's spotless!! To the owner of this store...give this crew a raise!! Awesome experience, and I will be back more often!!

Super convenient location. Clean rooms with the comfiest beds ever. Already booked again for next year. Awesome, attentive staff... especially Alicia. Easy to remember name, same as mine!

I recently stayed as a guest at the comfort suites inn in fultondale to have a very much anticipated evening stay with an interest I had met. The front desk clerk Shannon who I'm so thankful for, .. merely recognizined my voice over the phone during booking from previous interactions with me thru my job at my work as a server. She was diligent to offer her best self and services to make my and his stay the very best possible. She even took the liberty of finding the best tub and living area amongst the king size suites. She was an absolute beacon of what amazing customer service looks like and should be given full range with pay upgrade to match her commitment to her guest !!!!! ....I will be continuing m huh status each and every time that follows no where else but with her and the staff at the comfort suites inn in Fultondale.......I only wish my love interest that evening could have also achieved a 5star review. Lol ...thank you yo Shannon and all the staff that were definitely a true definition of what COMFORT INN feels like. ....mwah

Very clean and comfortable hotel, staff is friendly and kind and takes care of whatever you need.. I rate this 4 stars because, overall everything was great but when staying in a room for over 4 days, I would have enjoyed a better breakfast each morning than pop in the microwave burritos that they offer, along with oatmeal and muffins. No complaints here, just would have been nice for the waffle maker to work and maybe some more options. (:
